Nov. 5th

Day 5 - I am thankful for my health.  When we were getting PK's cast off the "bone doctor" was talking about how he tells "older" women that if they want to walk when they are 80, they have to walk when they are 40.  This was to prove a point that the more a bone works the stronger it becomes and therefore also helps prevent osteoporosis.  Well I then translated that sentence into -- if you want to walk when you are 80, you have to walk when you're 40 and kick it in the butt when you are 28... ahem 29.  So today I am thankful for sore muscles, you can make fun because I can't walk for a couple days but I am grateful for the pain :)
