Monday - BBQ Chicken (20 minutes in Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker)
- 2 thigh/leg pieces smothered in favorite BBQ sauce, microwave 19 min, let stand one
Tuesday - Goulash Similar Recipe Though I go for a lot simpler.
Wednesday - Apple Pork Loin Recipe
Thursday - Homemade Hot Pocket
- Unroll crescent roll and press all seams together
- Fill with favorite filling (ours is hamburger/ground sausage with spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and cheese)
- Fold up sides to middle to form big roll (like loaf of bread) and cook until brown
Friday - Pizza (carry over from last week)
