Friends

One weekend last fall Brandon came over to help Kris work on trimming trees.  I don't have a before shot.  But this tree was almost hanging on the shed.  Dani had to work so Armor came and hung out with PK and I.

PK had already taken his turn riding up and back down in the lift.  This was Armor's turn.  Sorry Dani if you hadn't seen this yet! :)

Singing and giggling

We made a quick run to Fareway.  They both had carts.  We got nothing else that wasn't on the list.  But every time I stopped I had to have two things to get; one for each cart.  We didn't stop moving for long or other things got added quickly!  Whew, it was an experience!

This lasted about 2.2 seconds.  And then there was jumping.  Settling down for naps... Kind of.

Boy Projects

When we were up at my mom and dad's last month we brought home this pile of old metal toys, plus more we found after the picture for the boys to work on refinishing this winter.  This pile should keep them busy for awhile!  PK was sooo excited to bring them all home!

Toy Room Project!

My latest project was to make something for PK to hang all of his masterpieces from in the toy room.  I'd had this idea for awhile and even had the wood pieces for along time.  The store only had 3 in stock when I originally bought them; so I finally got the 4th wood piece bought and all painted.  I used a picture hanging kit for the wire. 

(And I've gotten pretty good at running the power tools lately :))

Meet Spiderman

Our 1st Halloween dressed in costume!  Success!  We went to a few houses before it got dark out and he was happy as a clam about the candy.  I told him he could have a few pieces when we got home and he chose nerds.  Well he ate them one at a time; so only had enough time to get those down that night!

Welcome to our Life

This guy came down with hand, foot and mouth a few weeks ago.  It wasn't pretty.  He was asleep on the couch at 6pm and slept until 8am.

Kris got a creeper for his shop and PK uses it as his recliner.  Hanging out watching Frost the Snowman.  

We had a nice 40+ degree day so we went for a walk; that turned into a run once we hit the trail.  Excited to get some fresh air!

Funny moments:

Thursday Morning (pants around ankles; crawling on the floor): I go to school a lot of times! I don't want to go to school!

Sat. Morning (dressed himself): I got my work jeans on mommy, so I can put my money and paycheck in my pocket!

"Mommy, when we get home will you play with me?" 

Sure, buddy. 

"Good cause daddy is making me crazy!"

"Mommy, I put my popcorn up there cause my tummy said it needed a break".  

2.2 seconds later: grabbing and chowing down on popcorn
