(I know I’m a week late and it’s actually 49 weeks today but the pictures are dated right)
Wha, wha, what?!? Eleven months? Crazy to think my little boy is getting so big.
Still sleeping good, same two teeth and top and two teeth on bottom.
He started smacking his tongue around in his mouth making a clicking noise.
Parker started being shy and cuddling in with the person holding him if other people talk to him. Pretty cute stuff.
We also had our first “tootsie roll” in the tub this week. Luckily for me Kris was actually giving him a bath. Good timing bud.
Still loves squash and sweet potatoes the best; I think he actually likes his vegetables better than fruit sometimes.
We are still working on getting him to drink from a sippy cup; it just isn’t working.
When he wakes up in the morning he maneuvers himself around so that his feet can rest on his mobile and he kicks it until it turns on and starts turning for him. Then he just lays there and watches it. But at night he lays on his side and maneuvers himself to the opposite side of the crib where there is a toy tied on and he kicks the heck out of it until he starts getting sleepy.
Parker has started getting attached to his blankets. He likes going to sleep with a fuzzy blanket and cuddling it. And it must be the fuzzy kind. Those swaddle blankets just don’t do the trick for him.
At daycare there is a little girl who is 4 or 5 months younger than Parker who always has a fuzzy blanket with her. If he doesn’t have his with him while they are playing he reaches over and steals hers. I guess he also always reaches over and steals her socks or binky too. Poor girl.
I think that’s all for this week. (or until tomorrow).
